i was rocking a road bike conversion at the time and my quill was slightly smaller than my head tube. i had it shimmed, but it obviously didn't do much. haha :)
It comes standard on pretty much every SE fixed/single speed. And as far as pre-assembled bikes, they're fairly popular. He's got Soma cranks and a 43 tooth All City 144 track crank now.
